I recently bought PSFT just cause I felt the selling is overdone and the Charts were reflecting a bottoming....however I still have concerns about this stock.

1. The big customer accounts have been sold over the last few years. the low fruit has been picked

2. All the ERP companies are fighting over the remaining mid-tier customers....smaller deals with narrow margins. Plus as they head into the lower tiers for business....more ERP competitors join in. For example....

biz.yahoo.com

3. The Y2K situation is going to slow sales next year.

4. Also, if PSFT thought that business was going to continue at 30% growth next year....why would they reset the employee options at this low price.

What I'm waiting for is PSFT to say that they are cutting expenses (this company is very fat right now) and potentially laying people off in their non core business area's....that should take the stock to the mid 20's.....

Just my opinion
