NEGXQ recently up for $.08 to $.23 on high volume. It and Oil & Gas company that has filed a motion to have the chapter 11 case dismissed. Carl Icahn is the big shareholder and appears to be coming to the rescue. Mr. Icahn has made some guarantees and funding available to NEGXQ. Mr. Icahn owns 9 million shares. Does anybody have any additional information on NEGXQ?
