I think PE ratios may not apply here. If Warner Bros decides to purchase their films then fundamentals go out the window. A movie may become a tremendous block buster or not therefore anything goes. This stock was selling .30 per share with no revenue reporting. It went up based upon news. Your questions concerning where their revenue is coming from has to be answered by corporate.

John, perhaps I can help with some of your issues. <<1) Does that mean that every time they want to make a movie that they need to find funding on an individual basis for each movie?>> Yes. The original plan was to utilize off-balance sheet financing in which a group of investors would put up the money for a certain movie (or movies?) The company was never able to obtain significant financing in this manner. The company now has in hand $3.2 million to finance the next movie. Obviously, any revenue from "Speedway" or "Delta" could be applied to subsequent movies. You mentioned you were just learning about investing. Learning about investing by studying MVEE may be akin to learning to fly in a tornado. I may question your wisdom, but I admire your guts!. Regards, Suzanne
