I'm using QuotesPlus to generate the indicator data, as I described in an earlier post. That gives me a single value each day. It sounds as if you're getting the value of the indicator as well as that of the signal line (usually a moving average).

I'm using an influence period of 20 on "price" and 5 on S/T. I haven't done any comparative testing on those, just picked 'em and they seem to work OK.

Jay,
I've got a Neurostock net running with a couple of indicators as you suggested and it seems to be performing pretty similar to nets that didn't have indicators. How do you tell whether or not Neurostock is using the indicator data or has disregarded it? This is the type of thing that a program with more visibility would be nice for.
