Anyway, the bottom line is that it takes more than 52 bucks and one letter to be allowed to increase the outstanding with even one share. Well, whatever it takes, they apparantly found it, because the float has already increased by 22 million since November. I don't really think it's a matter of if they will sell the rest of the shares into the float, but rather when. With 22 million in less than 2 months, they are off to a zealous start,imo. Blackstar: I would be willing to share certain information that I research concerning Eutro Holding Company but only by PM or on my thread at Yahoo. Go ahead and join and post all you want. I picked you because you seem very smart, still optimistic about Eutro, and you would give clear headed views. You have been more than fair. I will be posting on this thread to warn newcomers about Eutro's deceptive practices but I will not be answering anyone from now on. After that display of disrepect for me that Mr. Bender posted earlier tonight, that personal attack was not called for and I have too much research to do to play his or his little followers name calling games. And I will only be answering posts on my SI non-investors thread that is clearly not disrespectful. It is your choice. André

Black star, I am sure they have acquired something with the 700k or so that they were able to get out of this stock on the last run up to 7c. though I doubt it is anything that is gonna add value to anyones shares. For one BIG thing, Doesent the company STILL owe FLOYD about 700k or so??? Didnt he put up about 700k to keep the company runing a few years back.???? And dont forget the 30%- 40% interest on the money that the company probably owes him. Floyd could have made 30% on his 750k easily in mutual funds over the last few years, without lifting a finger, so I am sure he figures he owes it to himself. I am sure its probably already a done deal. I dont blame him, after wipeing Brads butt for two years, he should get all he can get out of this. I am sure he comes first before any of us suckers or any acquistions. Then Brad is second, then comes guess who???? I think they will also vote themselves a raise for themselves and all their employees in 1999. They owe it to themselves. Just sell more shares. ----------------------------------------- Like I said before, I wish at least they would post a picture of the mansions they are buying for themselves on their web page so we could at least see what was bought with our money. Actually, if we keep an eye on their info about REDDI FORM,, they might even use these guys to build their new homes, and then they could post the pictures of their new mansions on that reddi form page., with all the other homes. then they might be albe to take some sort of tax write-offs on their new homes!!!! --------------------------------- They could send out a big press release about how REDDI FORM is really starting to take off BIG TIME around Juniper Florida.!!!!! Wow , what an innovative way to increase share value!!!!!! These guys are slick. at least someone is gonna get off this boat before it sinks to the bottom.
