Waterhouse has an online service although we don't use it. We use Waterhouse for our daughter's Emerson shares. I contacted them about not receiving the proxy materials, and they'll look into it Monday. My service of choice is E Trade and I received the Emerson materials quickly. It seems easier for me to do a lot of trading with them. Emerson has a new board of directors nominee. His name is Stephen H. Goodman. Mr Goodman is the current President and CEO of The Singer Company. (NYSE- sewing machines!) Sounds good to me, how about you? flyintigress... If I posted twice, I'm sorry about that.
