Bob,

I also feel a tone or mood that 1999 will be the year that NYRR begins to issue news that hopefully helps us understand all the potential achievements that could result from the many activities they appear to be working towards.

I had decided that I was either going to be an NYRR Shareholder or NOT at all going into 1999. Well, I spent a great deal of time soul searching ( not yet being a reporting company the data available is not provided in way that I could suggest that significant DD and/or research could be done to make a complete investment decission--so I had to lean more to the gut feel or speculative side.)

I feel that the recent additions to the NYRR Management team will also be bringing with them some changes to the way business is conducted at NYRR. Realizing that good things can take time --I have decided to take my speculative chances and remain an NYRR Shareholder and see where the early part of 1999 takes my investment.

Although I am optomistic ( I recently added more NYRR Shares to my speculative portfolio--nothing big or dramatic--just a few more shares in the whole senario)--I still feel that if and or when we get factual press releases that enable us to clearly understand where this company has come from and more importantly where it is heading
I will continue to consider NYRR's investment potential highly speculative, sketchy and high risk. JMO!

I feel there is a long list of answers to questions that we have been patiently waiting for. Patiently is a difficult word for me to use --because I felt I have been patient for the past two years--I'm just looking for some facts presented by the company that will help me evaluate whether I wish to maintain my share position and patience level.

If all goes according to my speculative thoughts I'm hoping that the month of January is the month that sets a new tone of growth and excitement for both NYRR, it's Management and it's Shareholders.

Well, I have started on my new calendar for January 1999 and as Bob Crawford posted earlier--Here We Go!--Let's hope we all enjoy where we are going? I think we will!
