You are correct.

My investment position is fully invested virtually 100% of the time.
I usually leverage with margin on big market dips but hold my long positions. My long positions are held for usually 3 to 8 years on average.

I learned many years ago that you cannot "time the market".

My reference to a correction is only in a 4 to 6 month time horizon related to price movement of the market. The market IMHO is pretty much overbought at this time and with January's classic tendency I'm betting on a correction by the third week of January. The Internet mania has me concerned that we have reached a short term top.

Long term I'm bullish but I'm beginning to think Greenspan may increase rates on us. I hope I'm wrong!
