My family has been in development for over 30 years. I started on the job sites. Now I spend most of my time pushing the pencil. I'm still working with wood; I never use metal pencils:-) I wandered off a few times times, thinking I could do something on my own, but always returned to where the money was. We do housing projects, apartments, and condos and deal with mortgages and rentals often. This is why PRWT sparked my interest. I have no problems with the diversification PRWT has. It's always good to have something to fall back on when things are slow in other areas. PRWT is looking very good in my opinion. I know the possible revenues I'm looking at in PRWT. I will continue to hold for what I think PRWT is going to be bringing home soon in '99. I love BACON on my lettuce and tomato sandwiches. Live long and prosper, Scottey
