dwg1:

Perhaps i can volunteer my opinion, given an MBA/JD, 11 year owner of PRWT and current Negotiator in the software business:

1. PRWT is backed by undisclosed "deep pockets". We can't confirm this presently, however, why would EXISTING business, en masse, align themselves with a penny stock? ;

2. The completed financials are being used as leverage to entice, perhaps, an already listed NASDAQ stock to join the synergy;

3. All negotiations I engage in are subject to VERY restrictive Non-Disclosure agreements, the breach of same resulting in the deal falling apart;

4. If you accept the foregoing, the alleged undervalued PRWT, may pay huge dividends to any entity that joins the fold and accepts shares, rather than cash, as consideration for the acquisition/merger/consolidation/assest buy, following the release of the audited financials and anticipated disclosure of who/what is backing and funding this 6 month old company.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say we all missed you. Welcome back and keep up the good work. Thanks for the warnings, too.

Rosy

I am not a big investor in stock if I was I would be trading IBM or something like that,these are BB stocks and some time you have to take a risk to get ahead.I do not post a lot but I read everything and I have been reading you crap for a long time.If you want to make big money go to the big board and post you S**t.

It seem to me and the way that I look at it is to get ahead on these BB you buy them before the good news comes out not after the fact.I do not take anything for granted and I do not listen to what you have to say.Well I got me 2cents in so back to lurking...

LIGHT VOLUME? I don't call over 10 million shares "Light volume." If you were referring to my statement to get in Monday morning with a market order, you might notice that my remarks were directed to YOU ONLY. I would NEVER suggest ANYONE (else) place a market order on a penny stock. I was being sarcastic, because so many times YOU have said that very same thing, only you were hoping to mislead the masses while you sold into the rally. Yep, it's very apparent to me that you have NO SHARES right now, and you are SCARED TO DEATH that you have missed the bottom. Well, for your sake, I hope you HAVE missed it. One more leg down to 1/2 cent? Do you have inside information on which to base your STATEMENT? My opinion? IN YOUR DREAMS to 1/2 cent.
