no... he did not disclose this information until the SEC ruling came out... this is also the same time another original very active poster disappeared into the shadows...

This was a very grave day to the moral of the people who bought into PLRP who thought they were getting unsolicited information. However, we over came this dirty little fact, and the fact that we were socked with debentures from some finacial dealings...

Would I personally recommend anybody buy into PLRP... well.... personally I would suggest that a person wait until the financials are disclosed. We have been told that they will be published during the first quarter of this new year. I hope that Calkins does not let us down and is true to his word. In the meantime, I see us floundering around at this price.

On the upscale.. this company has an actual product... not something all these penny stocks can claim. This product has also gone through extensive testing and R&D... 4 years worth.. so it's not like we're sitting on a stock where the product is still in the stages of development or refinement... we just need it marketed.

I believe that Calkins is headed in the right direction... in adding to his software company some hardware options. He has thus far remained focused on marketing the Visual Writer and not going off in a multitude of directions... so, I will hang onto my shares for a while yet and see what develops once we get the financials.
