Suzanne, very well thought out post,which I enjoyed reading..To answer your question,unfortunately we have to consider the massive dilution which will hit the company,most probably doubling the outstanding number of shares.(6mm 144 sh,500k 144 shares,34 mm options,additonal shares from convertible debenture conversion,etc) all added to the existing 57.5mm outstanding shares. Do you feel that the sales of CD's/music cards,less 1% of net-to be paid to the original sellers will be adequate enough to make this company profitable? This in light of the lack of portal deals? Deals cost money,and the company's only access to capitol is through more convertible debt(resulting in even more shareholder dilution).Competition is fierce in this type of business,and the strong will survive,and the weak won't,IMO DD PS: I'll get flamed for this,but that's not new--I foresee a reverse split sometime in the future,there are far to many shares out,especially when considering the other companies out there competing for investors dollars,IMO.

Suzanne, I think you have noted the good, the bad and the ugly of tsig, but you do it with objectivity as in your last sentence for the possibilities for tsig if management executes right. However, dd seems to be only one sided, the same argument time and again. By the way, I agree with you for the intolerance on this thread for anything other than positive, may be because a lot of the longs are getting a little bit tasty, moi included. peace and good luck. peacelover

Hi Suzanne, I truly great post indeed. However, if you go back to the trend with which TSIG posters have been handling negative posts over the past two three months, you will know that the responses have shown a vast improvement. Thanks to Marty, Sam, Rew, Topfuel, etc. The longs used to really be like that since May through about two threee months ago. I dont think the way we have responded to Ditchdigger has been like jumping over him coz of his negative postings. Why? 1) Please just count the number of posts he has posted with the same issue. I do believe that's an insult to the intelligence for all the people who have worked hard and done their due diligence on TSIG. 2)Its one thing to come and ask a question and try to find out the answer. But if the answers provided are not satisfactory to an anyone, they should make it a point to go and get it on their own and more importantly share it with the people on this thread. Repeated questions pointing out the samething and disregarind and yes disrespecting intelligent people, IMO, is what I feel is BASHING. So lets give credit to the longs at least for ones. I do feel that over the last couple of months the quality of this thread has risen exponentially. True we had had those unnecesary quarrels over silly issues and you know whom I talking about which should be taken to PMs. sorry for such a long post but I think the longs here need to be credited.
