Nicholas: Wishing away the bad news won't make them go away. Your pot shots at Zeev are totally unwarranted. He has never been burnt by floorless convertibles as far as I know. On every thread where he has issued such warnings in the past, he has often been greeted by angry outbursts such as Rob's. A few months later, all these posters invariably declared themselves sorry for not listening to Zeev's warnings. As far as the contact announcements are concerned,keep in mind that P-Com probably needs about $45-$50M each quarter to break even. All the announcements do not add up to the breakeven threshold, so brace yourself for another massive loss this quarter. As far as the insiders are concerned, they did a lot of selling last summer, and they are not buying now. Best of luck with your PCMS investments-- you will need it. Bernard Levy
