I have been burned by these kind of financing arrangements in three different investments. The debate on this board is EXACTLY and almost boringly like the debates on the boards of those companies. There is always someone saying "say it aint so". These people become the most bitter critics of the company 6 months later. No offense to anyone - its just what I've seen.

Bernard,

You're hallucinating. PCMS is bringing in sales, funding, the stock is moving up on volume and you're telling me to look out below. And, I'm accused of wishful thinking?

Anyways, I hope neither you nor Zeev are taking my opinion as hostile. That was not my intention. So, please accept my apology.

As far as PCMS is concerned, I stand by my position that the stock is going to move up. Check the charts and verify for yourself. Other than a strong RSI, every indicator is bullish.

By the way, why are you so down on this stock? If you're short, why didn't you cover at ~3? -N

You don't want me to cite your and Zeevs posts again here do you? There comes a point when enough is enough. Did it ever occur to you that the 'script' as Zeev puts it is actually being written by you and Zeev as we go along?

Finally you arrive at the Gospel truth on your own accord. Pcom is under heavy, heavy, pressure to mend its future, and every deal, contract etc, is assessed with immense magnifying glasses. Does it not, then, further occur to you that with unresolved strategies, missed orders, unclear future developments; it is potentially the psychology, orchestrated by you and the likes of yourself, that could hurt Pcms? It doesn't necessarily have to be the firms that made a business decision and lent the money in these trying times!

I didn't jump the gun - you did. I didn't say everything is rosy with Pcms stock but for that matter I don't regard either Pcom or the firms that lent the money as bandits just because you say so. After numerous of "factual" posts trashing Pcom straight down the toilet you choose to call yours and Zeevs posts as warnings at the same time I write a single objective post to which you say 'angry outburst'.

From what I understand the insiders are buying the amounts they can. The morality in the large amounts previously sold can obviously be debated.

To an extent I think you can regard Pcom as a gamble at this stage. But the price has reflected that for quite some time now and probably will for a time. I expect a heavy loss this quarter, so what else is new? Pcom has got a lot to prove and indeed so have you!
