Greetings Wally and all a prosperous 1999 to each and everyone of you. I would like to make the following comments to start out the year.

I am not here to tout any stock other then FNTN. But I found that 1998 ended with a bang on five stocks that I had been holding for sometime. On these five stocks between Dec. 21st and the 31st I realized a paper gain on average of 92%. How each on worked out is unimportant but what is important is that I had thought about selling each and everyone for a tax loss before the yearend. You see they all had acted just like FNTN moving a few cents a day either up or down and on non-inspiring daily volume. Had I decided to take those losses before the 21st my portfolio would have been somewhere around $60,000 shorter on the capital gain side. The most I hold in anyone of these stocks are 3,000 and they all were lower priced before their increases.

Over the past few months all I read about on the threads is that they are dogs by the negative posters, and it might have appeared that way as one looked at the trading history over the last six to twelve months. Then there were those who continued to believe that they might really be ready to breakout, and I guess I choose to subscribe to those concepts and ideas over the months. Needless to say, I am very grateful I did so. For me personally I find it is not useful to be negative on my stocks, if that happens to become the case, guess what I sell them and move on. I find no useful purpose to expend the time and energy to post negatives about nor to worry about something that will not help to further my portfolio values. You see those negative feelings or concepts might just be in error and someone else might become the looser because of those posts.

The only point I am trying to make here is I need to follow my own advice. If I buy a stock and really believe in what it has to offer and where it is going, I better hang in and hang on for dear life. I never over invest in any given stock and for that reason can't really get bumped too badly if a few don't do well. I have so many times in the past, like I almost did this last week sell way to soon and really have been sorry for it. Each and every one of us have those horror stories we could tell and if not we will.

So for me and FNTN I like Wiz has said, say again that is one of my top picks for 1999. The shares I and my family own are not for sale. I will continue to look at the possibility of buying more on dips if appropriate to our portfolios. As for those who sell FNTN for whatever reason that is appropriate for them based on their personal needs. And likewise for those who choose to continue to hold and even buy more. I really don't know about the time frame on the word dips, because in my opinion the time for FNTN is a lot nearer then many would expect. At this point in time I know nothing more then anyone else, but just have that deep down feeling that something great is about to take place.

Once again the best of New Years to each and everyone of you,

Bill Fortune III

P.S. Don, I am with you on your estimates and like Wally said, Sleep Well!
