The heat is definitely on Gutt.

He may not finish out his contract but he won't be pushed out. Any decision to leave will be his and his alone. Ford is the next coach of Carolina, so get rid of any thoughts about Roy returning. Roy is staying in Lawrence.

Even though Gutt has his boys 13-3 this year, I know there will be further bumps ahead. Wait until Duke blows them out in Cameron and then the real chorus for Gutt's head will be heard. But his team this year is younger than any Carolina team has ever been and they have NO outside shooting. Gutt has them playing extremely well and they will get better when they get Emitov back and Curry integrated.

Coach K gave Gary Williams another schooling today. I have to give your boy tremendous respect - he had his team ready to play in a tremendously hostile environment. Avery and Langdon were awesome. If they play like that they may run the table in March.
