This thread is to discuss Men's College Basketball for the 1998-1999 year. My prediction is that Duke will win it all. They certainly have one of the finest starting fives and a nice solid bench.

My top five:

1)Duke
2)Stanford
3)Connecticut
4)UCLA
5)Maryland
