- Are you saying that the parent owning so many shares is a good or bad thing?

- I just found the 8/26/98 "Meeting of Shareholders" notice & it clearly shows that the parent co., C. Mer Industries, owns 69.7%, or 3,269,270 shares.

- As long as the parent is happy with their investment; and not selling even one share; and the float being so miniscule. Couldn't the slightest spart set off a minor buying frenzy that would bring up the stock price to fair value?

- For instance, on Thursday, 70,000 shares drove the price up 34%.

- PS - thanks for the questions, I'm learning a lot that I didn't know before. Making me like MTSLF that much more. But what's your take on C. Mer owning 69.7%? And what's your overall take?

Thanks.

- I confirmed that Zero shares have been sold:

- per the 5/21/97 ipo Prospectus: "Beneficial Ownership after offering: C. Mer Industries Ltd., 3,269,270 shares"

- per the 8/26/98 "Notice of Annual General Meeting of Sahreholders: "C. Mer Industries Ltd., 3,269,270 shares"

- Rule 144 would have allowed C. Mer to sell these shares. But they haven't even sold one share. This speaks volumes about their confidence in the company.

- after writing all the informative posts I could on MTSLF; and not seeing much, I was wondering if anyone did any due diligence on MTSLF?

- and if so, was the story compelling enough?

- I think we need to see good 4Q98 numbers; and several big, hungry buyers.

- the only silver lining is that despite the dry up in buying; there also is no selling.
