James, it has had a move since I first mentioned it at 6 7/16 - 1/2, and I agree with treading water.

Here are +'s and -'s:

+'s
1. when earnings come out they'll be ok. More importantly the co has an order backlog and for co this size that's great. Additional plant being set up to handle
2. not much downside, esp as came back past two days
3. if co meant to survive, it will get into the teens. If not meant to survive and bot out, it will get $10 or more.
4. saw it drop below $6 in Dec, but came right back over couple of days

-'s
1. selling cud be for a few reasons: last days tax selling, those in at lower levels taking gain
2. investment $ in the new year first likely going into higher liquidity plays
3. if market tanks, co will go down but not too much - but most long positions will be negative anyways
4. ppl want fast money so go to other things (co is only a portion of stocks I hold)
