Zeev, Wouldn't the option conversions have to have filed form 4's? If so, the 4's would be posted to the SEC third week of January I believe. I think I know where the selling pressure has been comming from. If the pressure continues in January I will be sure of it. Bruce

Zeev, September was a long time ago so you are working with old information. It's a little like when you were first telling us that you had found 100 or so patents thru an IBM network that didn't pose a threat to Valence shareholders. I remember reminding you that there were over 200 and it would be far better to play with the full deck! Again, your conclusion that Valence is running out of money is based on old information. It is better to ackowledge that Lev would not have ordered more equipment if he couldn't pay for it. I hope you also have a prosperous new year and you find thousands of stocks with potholes to identify!
