Where are your animals? Can the horses handle this. Do they have a heater?

The snow drifts in Illinois are legendary. I grew up in rural northern Illinois and recall 6 to 10 feet drifts from measly 6 inch snowfalls. Roads were like tunnels, the drifts were so high. One of the great thrills of my young life was crashing virgin snow drifts in 4 wheel drive vehicles with several of my friends. That and doing donuts in big empty parking lots.

Alcohol was sometimes involved.
