Jorge... I've subscribed to AOL since '94....And even with everything available today on the net... I haven't wanted to drop my AOL subscription... and still keep it... and still use it... and I'm not a novice web-ster anymore!

AOL was the first place I went to get financial and comparative information on mutual funds (Morningstar) and stocks. Where I first learned about technical analysis (Decision Point), where my kids went to get Baron's book notes for english reports. My first web purchases with Starbucks and American Express. Where I first learned about the right wines for Thanksgiving Dinner.

What I'm saying here... is that I probably represent the average American... and once you've had this wonderful experience with AOL and it's introduction to knowledge and the access to knowledge using the web... I believe you have a psychological allegiance ... that's difficult to break... .... and the 9.95/mo.... doesn't seem like much.. in fact it's worth it....

I'll bet most people who were introduced to the web with AOL feel the same!
