Hi, Auric. Can't get to bed much too hot today. Worked all day on EURO conversion with the company. IFLY stock is hard to borrow? Will have to ask Paine, if the e-nets don't offer stock (and they don't). The warrant exercise would save them the money to push-through a secondary. The reg is much cheaper and easier. Next year, same time. Audiohighway.com (IPOed recently with "units" of stock and warrants) sould be interesting.0 C.
