This is a great point , I have re-iterated many a time we must stick to accuracy and eliminate all fiction from our posts..Connections with known scamsters is usually a very good and bright RED FLAG but it is not proof of wrong -doing .. So keep it simple and objective and honest and let those Pigs that cant fly straight crash on thier own..

In addition the fact that i had almost 40 reccomendations last month does not imply that all 40 are scams It does point out that all 40 were over priced and or over bought and a few were absolute criminal in activity...

It need to be pretty obvious..Its easier to make money when they are..a few were kinda complex.. But for the most part all were Slam Dunks!

Ron Reece, I state that no attempt was made by me to throw the TAVA company into the bag of - more or less said and proven - scams. In that time you misunderstod my post.

What I provided was a link to a webdirectory citing TAVA. It is up to everone to read thru it and make use of it whichever she or he believes.

However, it is neither a new thought no my sole idea to point out activities around a stock even it is TAVA. And it have been humble ones, with a proven track record who warned me to back away from investing here.

Consequently, I did not short TAVA nor do I invest in any companies too far devoted to the Y2K business whichever form, regardless whether code renovation, scenario testing and/or general consultancy. If I invest, and I do, I choose companies with dedicated targets reaching further into the next century.

Greetings

C.

Ron Reece,

to add 2 points.

First:

I hope we all keep in mind that high standards should be maintained in applying "rules of evidence" before declaring certain stocks "scams".

You seemingly put the words "scam" or ANY other defamatory word in my mouth. This or any other explicit wording is not contained in my two first posts regarding IFLY and ZA related to a certain company.

I'll tell you exactly one time that I don't like words put into my mouth. Which is now.

Message 7068152

Herein I put things which are all either well documented or are mechanical points.

The second posts clarified the fact that Zahran is paid in now deep in the money stock options, in parts with a company call right which make them "mutually" exercisable only at prevailing market conditions. So parts of this options lost their optionality by mutual agreement. Namely that the same, now sub-market price is used to first grant, and second "economically enforce" exercise and subsequent delivery for common stock.

When you read through my other recent postings you will not find the word "scam" affiched to any particular company nor in immediate context with it (In fact, there is only one affiched to a home-based firm which did a bogus buyout news release earlier).

Second (which is, however, hardly on topic hereand right now):

My personal opinion is that with all of the news about Y2K, there will be a resurgence in that sector.

-How do I call a resurgence of certain prices related to news releases?
-Do you believe that fundamentals will follow news in that area?
-Does Y2K measures in any form generate additional shareholder value for the "small firms providing it" or the "bigger firms using it" hence improving their compliance if necessary at all.
