John, I didn't say we are smarter than they are. Their problem is that they are so big now that they can't move fast but the market has gotten to be very fast and they can't keep up. Not their fault just as you say they can't buy 100,000 shares so fast. That is why the Dow is outperforming the market as a whole. When in doubt they just buy 500,000 shares of CPQ/MFST etc. They have to invest the money. LTCM: The point is not that they got bailed out but that with all of that knowledge/expertise/money they crashed the plane into the side of the mountain! You and I can zip in and buy our 1000 shares, make a 1/2-1 point and be gone with $500/1000. Do that 2/3/4 times a week and we make a very nice living, thank you very much. Steve Davis
