Fed,

I have been an owner of VLNC for over 5 years and a member and lurker here for 3 years. I have always attempted to post accurate information and when I have an opinion I try to make sure that it is phrased as such. I have been impressed by your apparent knowledge and your "staying power". But with all due respect, I believe you owe Larry and the thread an explanation. These posts are bothersome. Either the company was less than truthfull with your source, your sources lied to you, or you mislead the group. I find the latter impossible to believe as for no other reason that you post your real name and you are still here and long. It would be very helpful if you could address each of the quoted posts and tell us what in your mind happened.

Robert

Larry, I've looked at the referenced posts and also the preceding posts where applicable. My conclusion is that FMK's posts reflect an optimistic view of the company's ups and downs. Although inaccurate on an absolute time scale, they have proven to be more accurate than the naysayers on a relative scale. For example, in the second qtr. of 98, darkgreen intimated dire consequences stemming from a recent financial disclosure document. He was correct on certain points and FMK was wrong on certain specifics. Nevertheless, the subsequent outcomes did confirm the optimistic view over the longer term. Valence pulled the rabbit out the hat. Conclusion, FMK's optimism, even on the dark day when the stock was about three bucks and change has been justified so far.
