I don't think VTPI wants the private sector, or a least not yet. In the marketplace, they have a competitive advanatage in the government sector so why bother with the private sector while having that advantage. Any marketshare into the government will make you very rich. And once a governemnt vendor, always a government vendor. Not like the private sector where 30k, a company will be more than happy to dump you. Despite past grumbling with VTPI management, I think they are being intelligent by focusing on this segment and the stock price is starting to show that.
