I can't find any S-1 either. As far as doing DD on IFLY, my work can be found at www.bizfn.com in the small cap section. What else is bothering you about this stock besides management's background? What's eating you up AG ? For a person that hasn't a position in IFLY you sure are spending a lot of time talking about it. Sergio

Auric, all I could find out about people involved with the company is that their names might lead you to make some quick judgements. Vito Balsamo, Pasquale Guadagno, Jose, Carl Bellini, Biagio Bellizzi, Guadagno, Mario. Fine, they may sound a little suspect, but there is no place I could find any reference to any wrongdoing by any of the above people. Backgrounds on people related to the company are always in the prospectus...including shady pasts and criminal activity. Couldn't find anything wrong. Could you please let us know where you get your info. I am long IFLY and would appreciate your help because I'm having a little trouble finding it myself. RAVEL

Auric: I do understand that nasdr will have bios of 3+ names (you mentioned) in the CRD system. I have requested that info from you but you never responded. You came back and stated in a recent post that you are waiting for their U4s (perhaps paper version) Anyways, my friend Zen Warrior at Raging Bull had directed me to ifly and I rushed into it. No regrets of course.
