I can't find any S-1 either. As far as doing DD on IFLY, my work can be found at www.bizfn.com in the small cap section.

What else is bothering you about this stock besides management's background? What's eating you up AG ? For a person that hasn't a position in IFLY you sure are spending a lot of time talking about it.

Sergio

Auric, all I could find out about people involved with the company is that their names might lead you to make some quick judgements. Vito Balsamo, Pasquale Guadagno, Jose, Carl Bellini, Biagio Bellizzi, Guadagno, Mario. Fine, they may sound a little suspect, but there is no place I could find any reference to any wrongdoing by any of the above people. Backgrounds on people related to the company are always in the prospectus...including shady pasts and criminal activity. Couldn't find anything wrong. Could you please let us know where you get your info. I am long IFLY and would appreciate your help because I'm having a little trouble finding it myself.

Auric:

I do understand that nasdr will have bios of 3+ names (you mentioned) in the CRD system. I have requested that info from you but you never responded. You came back and stated in a recent post that you are waiting for their U4s (perhaps paper version)

Anyways, my friend Zen Warrior at Raging Bull had directed me to ifly and I rushed into it. No regrets of course. Here is link to my recent post at RB

Here is link to my post at RB which shows that we made an effort to go through the SEC filings and did some follow up research:

Actually, I had not posted it. Rather, I read the S1 cover to cover (not just flipped through it, as one prick
implied). I was amazed at all of the crim names involved and their past histories. Since freeedgar does not have
it, perhaps someone else can provide a link since it was obviously filed as IFLY was IPO'd recently. Thanks
for at least trying to go there.

If no one has provided the info by the time the market opens, I will go to Bloomberg and get the file on Monday
or Tuesday (and post at a very opportune time) which most assuredly will have it, as it has even the most arcane
names. But surely someone can find it before then? I mean IF I were long I would want to know before the
open.....<<<<

Every other post on this board has been from you, going on about the contents of IFLY's S1 form and now you say you can't even find the URL to it?

Words fail me...
