It might be worth pointing out the news release that went out last night. Release Number 204 dated January 4, 1999 announces a non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 units at $0.25 per unit to raise $500,000. Each unit consists of one share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one additional share of the company at a price of $0.25 within one year of closing. The funds will be used for the Royce Group and general corporate purposes. Finders fees may be payable within regulatory guidelines. Dave
