Yes, you are capable of being annoying and pompously sanctimonious in your own words. Big deal. I wouldn't expect anybody to take my word on what is perjury and what isn't. Everybody against Clinton takes it as a given here, but that's far from true. And there was a lot more than "I can't recall" in Iran-contra. Or why did Bush come through with those lame duck pardons? Just because he wanted to be a nice guy? So, you claim that whatever the House hotheads called "obstruction" is much more than "insufficient cooperation" with Starr. Does it have anything to do with anything other than the Jones/Lewinsky soap opera? If not, what more could anybody possibly want to know about Jones, Lewinsky, and fellatio and cigars in the oval office? What is being obstructed beside the desire of the legions of Clinton haters to have him thrown out of office? It's all politics, and the frustration of the hard right is understandable, but that's life. All the posturing about ethics, morals, honesty, trust, truth and justice seems odd to me when the right has been preaching distrust of government and politicians in general since at least the Reagan era.
