I disagree, we are dealing with a corporation that is incorporated in NEVADA and refuses to release FINANCIAL information.

LB...

the articles of incorporation do not allow that many shares. You see, to be authorized, the shares need to be in the articles of incorporation, and to add them takes a shareholder vote.

ok... I think I see Rosies problem... possibly... it's this issue of Pan Am being a registered Nevada Corporation and PRWT being (the shell) incorporated in the state of Delaware...commonly when we talk about PRWT we don't think of the empty shell of the company, rather we're thinking of Pan Am... which is what we're hoping to be a part of... (still waiting for the RM for positive confirmation)....

but.... I do know that companies incorporated in Nevada can issue additional shares without shareholder consent as well as a number of other things... what are the regulations for the state of Delaware???? Do they have free rein in this regard as well?
