I agree, excellent planning. Pan Am has opened an office in Las Vegas and will be easy to take advantage of NEVADA'S corporation laws that limits investors rights and notifications.

well... evidently your opinion differs than mine, but I won't ridicule you for that. It's your right. But as I stated IMO... I think it would be more prudent to either not list those two additional sites in their commercial or at least have some notation that they will be opening up Fall 1999 or something to that effect. To ME this makes better business sense for reasons already cited. Exist??? did you use the word exist??? Colleen you know the Boca Office exists, I've told you this, I've been there!!! It EXISTS !!!! And again... I'm not questioning the existence of the Boca office... it's the TWO NEW offices.... in New York State.
