Oh yes you are. Rosario, it's not working. You'd better switch to plan B. You know what I mean.

OK, Mr Irresponsible, here is a classic. Lets see what backup you have to offer on your own claims:

<<<<< I disagree. I am not here for a popularity contest, The reasons that very few are buying shares >>>>>

What facts do you have to support that lots of folks are NOT buying other than no one will tell you what their plans are?

<<<<< tomorrow are because of the on going rip-offs, >>>>>

What rip-offs are those? Facts please, not just your opinion.

<<<<< misleading statements, >>>>>

Which statements are those? Real quotes now, not just your spin ...

<<<<< potential class action suit, >>>>>

What is the case number? Who is the Attorney of record? Real facts now, not your opinion.

<<<<< imminent reverse split,>>>>>

Facts to support this irresponsible claim, not just your irresponsible opinion.

<<<<< SEC investigation,>>>>>

What is the case number? Who is the investigating officer? Facts Rosie, not just what you would like to see in your irresponsible fantasy ...

<<<<< 3/4 BILLION AUTHORIZED shares,>>>>>

Wow, you finally got one close ... but just a few days ago, you cited one billion shares ... totally irresponsible.

<<<<< and the companies refusal to release financials and or conduct a public investor conference call.>>>>>

Just because the company did not release the financial report as YOU want it to be does not make the absense of this report a refusal. Indeed, if competent authority were to order it done or if the officers and directors of the company decide it will be in the best business interest to release it, then it will be done. At this time however, there are ongoing business operations which make it better to follow the tack taken. You, on the other hand, seem to think that because this company will not do as YOU wish that this is a REFUSAL. To you it probably is, just as many shareholders refuse to tell you their personal business. It is none of your business and you do not have a legal right to have it. Again, your post is totally irresponsible. THOUGHTS?

<<<<< Best Regards >>>>>

I'll give you the best regards even though it is IMO not heartfelt, now is it?
