Brian, Gz & BLACK GOLD watchers,
So whats the big picture call on a barrel of the gooey stuff?
6M, 1y & 2years out?

Should we all get ready to fire up some new wheels from Detroit with them 500 ci power plants? If so.....Yeeeee Haaa I love lots of torque!!!

My thinking is ~ a 5$ range either side of here....how does that sound?...unless of course some of those dudes in the Middle East go "balistic".

BTW...anyone got some good links on the Euro thing and all its workings, new contracts, etc.

I do not recall exactly except the US went off the Gold standard not much earlier.

If I had 2 nickels, or rather to be more precise, a couple of $35 bills to rub together at the time I would have bought Gold and not erl.

In those days we talked more about gold than gas and I do not not recall exactly what happened but gas was perhaps 30 cents a gallon not long before then.

I still would rather have been long gold, as I recall, but it was a long time ago.
