Ok first off, Schwab is not the underwriter,

but it does allocate its shares

Second, anyone who makes 4 trades per quarter can be Schwab

500. Of course within Schwab 500 there is a large

disparity between $5000 accounts and $5 million accounts,

A hundred shares is peanuts in the big world of trading

Schwab is throwing us a bone, so they can say the individual

investor can participate in IPOs, hence couple million more

accounts open, at no cost to Schwab.

I would buy Schwab stock!
