AB Watley does adhere very closely to ALL NASD, SEC rules to insure that there are no gray areas that may cause problems in the future.
This is done to assure our customers that AB Watley will never put itself in a position in which our credibility is in question, and to insure that we as a firm will be around for a long, long time.

What you might find is that all other firms that have not followed the SEC rules more strictly will begin doing so. The NASD has sent out a ruling a few weeks ago stating this fact, you can read it for yourself by going to nasdaqtrader.com and looking up rule 98-102 published December 1998.

Thank you
Brett
