Ok so no split, then the stock will keep rising until late spring. We could see 200 by them. Would we see a 3-1 split or will the stock keep going up until we see a 4-1 at the end of the year.

<<Now after the merger is done
Netscape stock goes away... .45 shares of
AOL stock is distributed.... So to round off
using .50 that will put an additional 30 million shares
of AOL stock out on the market>>

Pat...the "extra" shares out on the market doesn't Dilute the share value...To do that they would have to petition the SEC for Additional Shares, therefore I don't see what harm it would do to have some of the Existing shares, albeit owned by AOL, traded in the Marketplace (in this case to buy NSCP).

I guess I don't get what your point is either.
