Paul,
The K6-2-400 defaults to the 6x multiplier when the motherboard is set to 2x. So AMD already makes a 6X66 chip although its sold as 4x100. They original question was...is the new Celeron 400, 4x100 or 6x66?

As far as a list of supporting boxmakers for the K7...it's too early for that and AMD still has to execute.
