Veramark Appoints David Mazzella Chairman biz.yahoo.com >>John E. Mooney, Chairman of the Board from July 1997 until the appointment of Mr. Mazzella remains on the company's Board of Directors. Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Mooney said, ''I am very pleased to turn over to Mr. Mazzella the position of Chairman of the Board. My appointment as the non-executive Chairman of Veramark came at a time when the company was undergoing a management transition. Given the six successive quarters of growth in revenues and profits since Mr. Mazzella became CEO in July 1997, the Board of Directors believes that transition is now successfully completed.
