After receiving stockholder approval with over 97% of votes cast in favor, MOSCOM Corporation has changed its name to Veramark Technologies, Inc.

David G. Mazzella, President and CEO, commented, ''The name was selected based on the following reasons. 'Veramark' is derived from two roots.
