prospective MM's to get this back on the board a.s.a.p. Probart, maybe you can help? I have heard that the filing of a 15 2c-11 (or whatever the form # is) and acceptance by a market maker is step one of getting back on the BB. Step 2, is the fact that Nasdaq has to also accept the application. Step 3 Final approval must come from the SEC, this if true will likely be a problem until all the charges against, Knittle, Turner (re May 22 release) and Golden Eagle (re May 22 release), and Eriksen are dealt with. Heard the above last night from a source that has never held GE shares but is watching the events unfold. I do not know if they are accurate or not, do you, I have no time to delve into this as I am going crazy getting ready to head for Bishop country. Regards John
