Should have no impact as this was filed on 12/22 by Y.L. Hirsch of Israel. He is now a beneficial owner of at least 5% of ADOT's stock (he spent $250k) and he is holding it as an investment and not for resale. Hope this helps. ;>)

Hi walleye, The 13D was filed when a Mr. Y. L. Hirsch became the holder of more than 5% of ADOT'S "outstanding" shares.
The significance to the rest of us shareholders might be that here is someone (an Israeli private investor) that believes ADOT has been and still is a good investment. I say HAS BEEN because his average cost is just over 20 cents a share which tells us that he's been accumulating ADOT shares for some time now and evidently went over the 5% level while buying more shares at the recent low levels.

Certain long time ADOT posters to this thread believe Mr. Hirsch's relationship with ADOT reaches beyond that of private investor and that he also now - after filing the 13D - is privy to certain information the rest of us are not aware of. His filing has had little impact on the share price and probably will not effect the future price much other than tightening up the trading float some .... IMO.
