RE: January Options

This is edge walking I don't like to do around expiration date.

However, this January was weird because of:

1) End or Year tax considerations
2) Rally at the end of 1998
3) Earnings due out after Expiration
4) Short first week in January
5) Most importantly, they were Late in releasing February series

Don't know why the Februaries came out so late, and when they
did the premies were too high! Then last week the premiums
evaporated on little volume.

Already ratcheted up the stop orders twice today on the January
135's. Don't want to do a rollup yet, because I'm perfectly positioned
for a 1:1 leverage on the stock. Will rollup after I'm stopped out.

Wow, this is stretching my abilities as an options player.
