Good Evening Sonki,

Last night I saw the interview with the CEO of Sun Microsystems and thought it was quite inappropriate for the CEO to take those cheap shots at Bill Gates and also to mention that Bill and he went to the same University although Bill Gates did not graduate. What kind of simple horse doo doo was that supposed to mean?? I think he is crusing for a brusin from Microsoft.
However; even though I thought it was low class and immature, Sun Micro Systems is a great tech company which one cannot ever have enough.

One reason today for the fall of AOL may be a court rulling against it where AOL was requesting a court injunction.

AOL fails to halt WorldNet promotion

A Federal District Court Chief judge has rejected America Online's effort to block
AT&T WorldNet Service from using the phrase "You Have Mail." The court also
refused to prohibit WorldNet from using "Buddy List" and "IM" in promoting its "I
M Here" instant messaging service. At a December 24th hearing, Chief Judge Claude
Hilton of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia rejected
AOL's claim, stating that AT&T made a compelling case that the terms in dispute
were likely generic, WorldNet said. The ruling came in a hearing on AOL's request
for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.

Hope you feel better and getting lots of rest

Frank
