And how much did the Dror family pay for it? And how much did they realize with the transfer to EDII? A profit I might add that is not likely available to them absent this unique means of selling

I am sure the Dror family trust plans on holding what shares they haven't already sold for quite a while.

John, You are sadly mistaken about the land on "Dickinson Bayou". And what's good for the Dror's is good for EDII shareholders in this case. We will go from a loss in 1997 to a profit in 1998, a very good sign to me. We have many exciting divisions now and all are profitable. Lots of people will stay in and experience a material increase in their investment. Others will sell and be losers. For those of you who miss Ruskin, he is sailing the Caribbean and will not be back until the end of January.
