Good report and thanks. We now have three of us that have actually been in the Pacel offices and seen the products. ( You, me, and Chris) I think that we are all pretty convinced Pacel is very legitimate. The only "problem" is the company is a fledgling company. If you are truely long term this should actually make you happy as you are getting in ground floor.

I don't think it will take the stock price that long to move. Based on their current product and the products in the works, it's got to be worth more than the current price.

"He took me to his office and tried to show me the web site but the phone line to the Internet was in use by a programmer upstairs."

YIKES!!! One analog internet line "looped" around their offices. Sounds like they need a decent phone system, one that integrates voice/data -- this is a computer company, right?? :)

I can help - my specialty!!! I do like the fact that they like to save money - lines are expensive these days!

lost a mint,

thank you for stopping by and chatting with Dave Calkins. As already stated, we now have three independent confirmations by posters here on this thread who have visited the office and chatted with the CEO, and on a holiday, no less.

you said....
He said he was in negotiations with a distributor and they would be available in stores like Staples and Office max sometime late this year(not exactly sure on this, I didn't take notes).

this sounds GREAT!!!... but I thought he was going for large agencies to market his product to.... ie, electric companies, hospitals and such.

I'm glad this information is out...
There were two things he was very clear about: First, Pacel will not be a reporting company until the end of march

I had a feeling that this was how it was going to turn out... mainly because there was no mention of the auditors already working from any people who have contact with the company. I've looked into this and an audit will take on the average of 3-6 months... so Calkins is being reasonable in his projection of the release of this information. Question, will these be audited financials for the entire 1998 operating year?

Second, Pacel will not show a profit for 1999. At first I was concerned about this but after talking with him I realized it was not a problem. ....... Pacel will not show a profit for 1999 because he is using the revenue for the expansion of the business.

this is very reasonable, easy to swallow and nice to know.

Thanks again.... maybe in 6-8 months time, you could change your name to "bagged a mint"
