according to a broker last week they said they reserve strong buy for those companies that they can see 35% or more return in 12 months. This could be just temporary until earnings come out.

Been hearing a lot lately about how WCOM is "under bought by the Mutual funds". This downgrade may provide an opportune time for some of these money managers to buy.
