10:15 ET Data Broadcasting Corp. (DBCC) 19 3/4 +1 7/8 (+11%): --Update-- Company owns approximately 4.5 mln shares of MarketWatch.com. Based on 32.23 mln DBCC shares outstanding, company's stake in MKTW worth approximately $1.68 per DBCC share, based on a $12 offering price (which is high-end of the range).

This was posted on breifing.com this morning. Even if marketwatch.com hits $50 that only equates to $7 per share for dbcc shareholders. Current dbcc price $19. Taking that into consideration is the rest of dbcc worth $12 per share? I don't think so. That's if marketwatch hits 50 Be careful with this stock, day traders will dump this stock at or before ipo.
Does anyone know exactly how many shares dbcc will own after ipo? Is it 4.5 million before or after the ipo? thanks
