You know Roger for all of you longs pounding on Rosario there would seem to be a lot more about PRWT that could use discussion. For the most part it seems that he has had a pretty good feeling for where the stock price has been heading. Given the way he is continually berated, his posts can hardly be considered the cause. I don't by any means mean to praise him, as I do agree that he at times posts on the backs of other's fears. You could argue about the ethics of that as opposed to posting on the backs of people's hopes. But be that as it may it seems that if the talk on the Raging Bull is to be believed, this stock is about to undergo a backdoor reverse split - another prediction that Rosario has propounded for some time. The issue of this being a Delaware corporation and the Nevada corporation of which John Schmitz is the President has been an unresolved detail that has profound repercussions to you current shareholders, if in fact the reverse merger is not yet complete. The talk now of PRWT and NHLT forming some new entity of which shareholders would receive new shares (1/10th as many or maybe even less) is a rather humorous conclusion to all of these claims that there would not be a reverse split. At the end of the day when this happens, I want those that have had their share balances reduced by more than 90% to look Rosario square in the eyes and say with a straight face that there has been no reverse split. I think you will deserve all of the I told you so's you get.
