Looks like it's just a very late print.

I would not read too much into it; 1000 is a rather small block trade. I suppose I may find out tomorrow if there were any really serious block trades but the guy I used to know who was real good at that does not get that info any longer.

Besides, it is more important WHO did the trade, as unusual as that may sound. There is a school of thought (to which I subscribe, because I've seen cases that proved it out) that suggests that if Merrill did the trade it's bearish, if Plaza (Solomon Brothers) or Morgan did the trade it's bullish.

Believe it or not, if you can find out who did what block trade you might never have to work again.
